Our youngest son is away at college and our oldest son graduated
from college recently, and he is working full time. Our Valentine’s
Day will most likely low-key, with a romantic dinner and then a movie

I am decorating with my 5 year old daughter and I can’t wait to get flowers for her and have cupcakes with my family.
Not sure yet how I will celebrate Valentine’s Day – but being there is no one special person in my life right now – I will probably take my 82 year old Mom out to dinner because she is alone. Therefore Mom is my special valentine.

We have a tradition, re-creating our first date…pizza and breadsticks from our favorite Italian restaurant, wine, splitting a chocolate brownie and in-home movies. Very casual but fun!

I’m not sure yet…. we don’t really “celebrate” valentine’s day much… neither of us have ever liked having a special day set aside just to show your significant other that you love them.. should be done every day… flowers for just because… not because the holiday demands it. But, the day after, on the 15th, is my birthday.. so, if we do decide to do anything for v-day, we usually combine the 2 events =)
