Um, that Joovy Bicycoo is supposed to be your brothers! {@Joovy Mom Review}

Not to long ago, a Joovy Bicycoo arrived for Sebby and I to review. Now, Sebby is a funny kid, and not your typical 4 year old (yay Autism, right?) even so, I thought he’d be over the moon about his new balance bike from Joovy. How could he not be? It’s awesome!

The problem was, he was under the moon. Wasn’t interested. So I was sad. How could I possibly tell you all about it if he wasn’t interested (even though he’ll change his mind in like 5 days)

Well, the good news is, his baby sister, Quincy, who really isn’t ready for the Bicycoo was VERY interested.

Squealing in delight as I carefully pushed her around the yard interested.

We even got her to try on her brother’s helmet so she’d learn about safety. I do want to point out, and this is VERY important, that Quincy is actually too small for the Bicycoo.

I’m hoping Sebby will change his mind and show some interest, or it will likely be going to live at his non-profit preschool so all the kids can enjoy it. We think he will though!

So what is so cool about balance bikes? On a traditional bike, pedals and training wheels just get in the way as your child is getting the hang of things. And training wheels? Total false sense of security.

The lightweight aluminum frame of the Bicycoo makes it easier to manage then the competition, and the 12″ air filled tires are easier to maintain. The adjustable seat is a nice benefit because you’ll get a little extra out of it as your child grows, and of course, the rear hand break is a great safety feature.

So, if you have a little kid in your life who is ready for a bike, you’ll want to consider a Bicycoo!
