Quincy pretty much decided on her own that she wanted to sit on the potty. The other day it was a little too quiet, and as the mother of a toddler, we all know what that usually means. Dun. Dun. Dun.
Except Quincy was actually just sitting on the potty, fully clothed, reading a book.
The “problem” is that she was on Sebby’s potty. It sounds silly, but if he had seen her on it, it would have not gone over well AT ALL.
Luckily, we recently received the “Loo Potty Chair” by Joovy. Let me tell you, it’s our (Quincy’s) favorite potty chair. She’s a petite little thing, so I love that it’s easy for her to get on and off of it without help. It’s also really stable, so I know it won’t tip over.
In addition to it’s sleek design, it’s so so easy to clean. Unlike many chairs we’ve tried (and there are quite a few) this one has no weird seams to collect spills. Your child uses the potty, you dump, wipe it down with a clorox wipe and it’s ready to go for next time! It’s total win!
Comfortable and functional design with contemporary style
- Sealed inner bowl prevents spill overs from getting trapped in nooks and crannies
- Removable bowl with large integrated splash shield prevents spills outside the potty
- Solid construction can accommodate kids of all sizes and more than 60 lbs.
- Non-slip rubber bottom
- BPA, PVC and Phthalate Free
Next step? Sitting on the potty and actually using it! But we’re getting there. I love that you can ask her if she wants to sit on the potty and she just crawls up there herself. It’s pretty cute. And when we have a success, thanks to Joovy it will be an easy cleanup!
